We are adding a full time Referral Specialist to our team. The Referral Specialist is a key part of the patient care team and will manage the seamless coordination of patient referrals for our clinics. They will ensure patients receive timely and appropriate specialty care and will be entrusted with overseeing the entire process from initial referral from providers to effective communication patients and documentation in the EHR. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, compassionate, and exhibit exceptional customer service with providers and patients. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in healthcare setting, proficient computer skills including Microsoft products and exhibit a high standard of personal and professional integrity.
