The Regional Administrative Coordinator (RAC) is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager (RM) and Regional Managing Director (RMD) in ensuring the offices in the region provide a quality Patient Journey experience for all of its patients and that all back office documentation is being done efficiently and accurately. The main function of this position is to support the employees with day-to-day office activities and acting as liaison between RM, RMD and staff. Key functions of this position include reporting, time management and daily communication with offices in the region.

You Will
- Exercise authority over Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) regional retail staff and supervise the activities of the PSC
- Help coordinate metrics for PSC performance
- Conduct and or organize PSC training with RM
- Act as liaison between RMD, RM and staff
- Work with RM on staff training needs to ensure a quality Patient Journey
- Meet with RM as needed
- Act as go between for employees and RM on policies/procedures
- Review Sycle compliance of each regional location with RM
- Maintain, track and balance Daily Deposits from offices
- Review Accounts Receivable monthly and inform RM of action that needs to be taken
- Review and monitor Back Office order tracking monthly
- Work with RM on ensuring all Accounts Payable is turned in and allocated properly
- Ensure admin procedures are being followed regionally
- Communicate regional needs to RM
- Maintain administrative procedures
- Other duties as assigned

- Communicating to staff on behalf of RM
- Ensure procedures and policies are being implemented

- Check and verify quality
- Support corporate health and safety objectives
- React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned
- Assist with development of clinic performance
You Will Need
- Highschool or GED required
- At least 3 years of customer service experience and or one year of office management
- Ability to develop knowledge of software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net
- Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to manage all confidential information with complete discretion

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual hourly rate for this position is between $18.51-$22.05 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for PSC bonus.
