This is a full-time role for an experienced Regional Director of Plant Operations-Maintenance at Blue Palms Healthcare Management. The Regional Director will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and maintenance across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This includes ensuring all buildings and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. If you are an energetic, hands-on, and motivated professional with long-term care experience, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Regional Director or multi-site Plant Operations/Maintenance Manager.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of life safety code, OSHA regulations, and facility maintenance practices.
- Ability to implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be willing and able to travel between assigned facilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
