- Greet clients with a warm welcome
- Provide exceptional client service to all clients
- Assists clients with banking needs, questions, and explanation of products and services
- Perform teller transactions including, but not limited to: processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments
- Establish client relationships and determine client needs and services
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients
- Process night deposit bags and mail deposits/ payments
- Handle large sums of currency, coin and change orders
- Assist/ oversee with opening/ closing of cash vaults and Banking Center
- Learn and comply with CFSB policies and procedures
- Participate in New Team Member Orientation and Annual Regulatory Trainings
- Perform other duties as request by the Team Leader
