Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeling Sales Consultant to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach, as you will be working closely with clients to bring their visions to life.
The Remodeling Sales Consultant will conduct client-facing operations, sales, estimating along with our estimators and in coordination with designers. This role requires a basic understanding of kitchen design principles to consult clients, effectively assign tasks to designers and align client expectations with project outcomes, while driving sales and ensuring accurate cost estimates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute networking and sales strategies to work with leads and to close sales.
- Communicate with clients and create meeting schedules to support the sales process.
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs and present tailored solutions.
- Assign design tasks to designers based on client requirements, leveraging a basic understanding of design principles to ensure alignment.
- Be engaged in estimating process ensuring accurate cost estimates and exceptional level of communication with clients.
- Coordinate with designers and estimators to align on project specifications, designs, and budgets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure seamless after-sale project transitions.
Skills
- Experience in sales and/or interior design, preferably in home remodeling or a related industry.
- Understanding of kitchen design principles to coordinate effectively with designers and clients. Familiarity with design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of kitchen remodeling / interior design trends.
- Understanding of cost estimation for construction or remodeling projects.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, designers, estimators, and team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, design, construction management, or a related field is a plus.
