Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective and current clients
- Manage inbound inquiries and proactively schedule virtual consultations
- Conduct remote meetings to identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Present customized life and health coverage options aligned with clients’ goals and budgets
- Guide clients through the insurance application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Accurately maintain client records using CRM tools
- Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry regulations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus—but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and video conferencing platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
