Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy virtual office support & customer service caller to join our team!
This is a flexible, work-from-home position where you will help us update client records and schedule service appointments — making a real impact on our customer experience.
No prior experience is required — we provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Entering and updating client data in our CRM system
- Calling current clients to update their accounts and schedule them for service (excellent customer service is a must!)
- Making outbound follow-up calls to current clients to ensure satisfaction after delivery of their orders
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders via email and text
- Keeping accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM
- Assisting with basic customer service needs as needed
What this role is NOT:
- No cold calling
- No telemarketing
- No sales required
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions carefully (we test for this in the application process)
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, clear phone voice and positive attitude
- Comfort following a call script or outline during training
- Dependable, honest, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, accurate typing
- Familiarity with Google Calendar and web-based databases (we will train you)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment
Additional Info:
- Flexible hours — a mix of day and evening hours available
- Training hours are less flexible initially
- 15-25 hours per week, with the opportunity for more if desired
- Product bonuses and cash bonuses available
Compensation:
$21/hour — this is a well-paid, flexible work-from-home role with room to grow and earn bonuses based on performance.
