We are seeking a dedicated Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. This position can be remote or office-based, providing flexibility for our employees. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
