We are seeking a dedicated Phone Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. The Phone Support Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Major Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
