Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Housekeeper to join our growing team. This position requires travel to various client homes across the greater Atlanta area, so reliable transportation is a must.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thorough, and committed to providing top-quality cleaning services. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent results. You must also be comfortable working with and without clients being present, so trustworthiness is important.
Required Cleaning Supplies: You must bring your own cleaning tools, including a vacuum, broom, a clean mop for each job, duster, multi-purpose cleaner, paper towels, gloves, and adhere to our dress code.
Key Responsibilities
- Be capable of providing standard cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings.
- Clean designated areas in residential homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices, and other common areas.
- Perform a full range of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Handle laundry tasks when requested (washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing).
- Provide floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Sanitize surfaces such as countertops, tables, and household appliances.
- Properly dispose of trash after providing cleaning services.
- Take clear before-and-after photos of your work for quality assurance.
- Maintain and restock your cleaning supplies; promptly report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
- Work professionally whether clients are home or not.
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service tailored to each client’s preferences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Capable of following detailed cleaning checklists and completing all tasks as assigned.
- Strong time management skills to stay on schedule during appointments.
- Familiarity with proper use of cleaning products and tools.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
