Residential Project Manager / Superintendent

Mill Brothers Landscape Group is a second-generation, family-owned company with over 45 years of experience shaping outdoor spaces across Northern Colorado. As our residential division continues to grow, we are seeking an additional, experienced Residential Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team. This leadership role will oversee the planning, scheduling, and supervision of high-end residential landscape projects from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with strong people skills—someone who can manage complex projects while building lasting relationships with clients and mentoring our crews in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of residential landscape projects, from procurement through final walkthrough.
- Coordinate scheduling, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and support field staff, providing mentorship, training, and leadership.
- Review foreman’s daily and weekly reports for accuracy in materials and time usage.
- Partner with estimating, design, and accounting teams to ensure seamless communication between field and office.
- Maintain a clear understanding of contractual obligations and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations.
- Identify potential issues early and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service, serving as the client’s main point of contact during construction.
- Cross-collaboration with other departments in managing the usage of resources.
- Participation in snow removal during the winter months.
- Other duties as assigned to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential landscape construction, project management, or related fields (landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, or construction).
- 5+ years of supervisory experience leading crews or managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of landscape and construction methods, equipment use, and job site safety.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to a Drug-Free workplace
Compensation
- Compensation: $70K-90K annually.
- Paid Vacation: 10+Days (prorated) per calendar year with an annual accrual to 3 weeks of PTO
- 48 Hours of paid sick time
