Overview
We are seeking full time staff for all positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. We serve farm to table, cooked from scratch, BBQ and grill items, year round, in a food truck setting. Willing to train the right person. Evenings, weekend and holiday availability mandatory. Full and part time positions available. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Preparing menu items
- Maintaining work area according to food and safety standards
- Food prep, dishwasher, inventory management.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, quick service fast food restaurant, or similar environment.
- Familiarity with cash handling and operating cash registers is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills, with an emphasis on upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Basic math skills, including retail math, for managing inventory and portion control.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for cooking and creating enjoyable dining experiences for customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
