Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with OpenTable platform or ability to learn quickly.
Greet and seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Manage reservations, take-out orders, and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Provide exceptional guest services, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Help with food service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and handle incoming calls
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Perform other duties as required by management
Requirements:
- 6 months minimum restaurant experience or related customer service
Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
