As a Restoration Business Development Specialist, you will be a member of our Marketing Department and will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships. Business Development Specialists identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

What does a Restoration Business Development Specialist with Paul Davis do?
- Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
- Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
- Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies
- Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events, and cold calling
- Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
- Monitor, interpret, and respond to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field preferred
- 2+ years relevant marketing or sales experience
- Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal
Physical Requirements
- May involve lifting 5 - 40 lbs.
- May involve significant stand/walk/push/pulls
- Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Valid driver's license
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
