$60,000 annually + Monthly Bonus ($250-$700 based on collections)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized EMR Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced restoration team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing property damage and emergencies. You will deliver exceptional service with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.
The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and customer service skills, a solid understanding of the restoration industry, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally with excellent phone etiquette.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely updates and support.
- Gather and document critical job information during initial intake.
- Triage emergency situations and dispatch appropriate teams quickly and efficiently.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure rapid response times.
- Prepare, manage, and submit invoices using QuickBooks.
- Enter and maintain job data in PSA (company's CRM software).
- Assist with job documentation, contracts, and customer files.
- Track collections and support the billing team with follow-ups as needed.
- Understand the basic processes of restoration (water, fire, mold, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with field technicians, insurance adjusters, and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the restoration, construction, or property management industries is required.
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of QuickBooks and PSA software (or similar CRM/project management platforms).
- Customer Service: Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and handle multiple urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work closely with project managers, technicians, and administrative staff.
