About ICHFH ReStore
ICHFH’s ReStore is a social enterprise that supports our mission of building homes, communities, and hope in Itasca County. We accept donations of gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and household goods, and then sell them at affordable prices. Proceeds from the ReStore directly benefit our New Construction and Home Preservation programs, making homeownership a reality for Itasca County families.
About the Position
As ReStore Receiving Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ReStore. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Receiving and inspecting donations
- Cleaning, prepping, and pricing donations for the sales floor
- Maintaining a clean and organized receiving area
- Assisting donors with unloading donations
- Providing excellent customer service to ReStore shoppers and volunteers
- Supporting the ReStore Manager and other staff as needed
You are a great fit for this role if you are:
- Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Can pass a background check and drug test
- A self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- can relate to people of different backgrounds
- Are able to lift 50 lbs. and work in inclement weather
