We're on the hunt for a passionate and energetic Retail Sales Associate who is ready to dive into the vibrant world of slime. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, has a knack for creativity, and is eager to spread the joy of slime through every customer interaction.
Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage with customers in-store, providing an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the fun and creativity of Slimeatory. Help customers find the perfect slime, offer demonstrations, and share tips and tricks for slime-making and customization.
- Social Media Savvy: Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This involves filming and photographing slime products, demonstrating slime-making processes, and showcasing the vibrant atmosphere of Slimeatory.
- Communication: Efficiently manage instore and online customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues via email and phone calls, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses that reflect our brand's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Store Maintenance: Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products. Maintain the store's appearance to ensure a clean, inviting, and well-organized environment for our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Slimeatory team to brainstorm new ideas for products, social media content, and in-store events that will enhance our brand and community engagement.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about slime and the Slimeatory brand.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Creative and comfortable with creating video and photo content for social media.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
