We are currently expanding our team and actively seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level individual interested in business, sales, customer engagement, and career growth within a thriving organization.
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of customer engagement, working directly with consumers to understand their needs and present the right products and services. You will be a key player in achieving our clients’ sales goals and strengthening brand presence in the local Dallas community.
Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales initiatives, representing our clients’ brands as a trusted Retail Sales Representative
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and recommending tailored solutions
- Build product knowledge through structured training and apply that expertise to drive conversions as a Retail Sales Representative
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate customer records, and uphold company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies that boost customer engagement and maximize sales
- Represent FP Management Associates in a professional manner during all Retail Sales Representative interactions with customers
Retail Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, relevant coursework in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, communications or as Retail Sales Representative preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success and professional growth
- Positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and helping customers find the right solutions

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,500.00 per week
