Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analytics/Reporting Analyst to join our risk management team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and analyzing risk reports, supporting risk assessments, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of risk data, supporting regulatory compliance, and enhancing the company’s risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, produce, and distribute risk analytics, reports, summaries, and presentations for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Gather, synthesize, and ensure the integrity of data from multiple sources for all risk reports.
- Analyze risk reporting results, identify trends, and communicate key risk insights through monthly and ad hoc reporting.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of risk management systems, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools.
- Aggregate and analyze risk metrics across credit, market, operational, and liquidity risk categories.
- Assist in the development and refinement of financial models, risk assessment tools, and dashboards to support risk monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with risk managers and business units to ensure alignment of reporting practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring risk reporting meets industry standards and regulatory expectations.
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews by providing timely and accurate risk data and documentation.
- Maintain and update risk reporting procedures, training materials, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in risk analytics, risk reporting, or financial analysis within financial services or a related industry.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL / Python or similar tools, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with risk management systems, reporting frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets, perform statistical analysis, and develop insightful reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with risk concepts such as Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and scenario analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank) is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
