Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Register Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, demonstrating a commitment to patient well-being and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of medical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care
- Supervise nursing and other personnel
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
- Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and health education.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Register Nurse (RN).
- CPR Certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
