Job Description:
An Asphalt Roller Operator is a skilled professional responsible for operating asphalt rollers to compact and smooth asphalt surfaces in parking lots construction and maintenance projects. This role is critical in achieving the desired density and durability of asphalt, ensuring a high-quality finished product. Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate asphalt rollers to compact freshly laid asphalt surfaces.

Requirements:
