Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with cleaning tasks in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality services.
