We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salad Prep to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of salads and dressings according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Wash, chop, and slice vegetables and other ingredients using proper knife skills.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of salad ingredients and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of dietary restrictions to accommodate customer needs effectively.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation techniques.
- Experience in catering or working within a dietary department is preferred.
