Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Sales Account Representative to manage an established multi-state territory (WV, OH, PA, VA). The role involves a balance of outside sales (up to 50% travel) and inside sales support, including quoting, order entry, and customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and capable of building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make routine in-person sales calls to new and existing customers
· Identify and develop new business opportunities
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
· Stay informed on Preiser’s product offerings
· Conduct product demonstrations and installations as needed
· Provide follow-up on quotes, issues, returns, and service requests
· Collaborate with vendors on joint customer visits
· Maintain weekly sales activity and expense reports
· Coordinate daily with inside sales and supervisor
· Attend training, seminars, and internal meetings
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or related science (required)

3+ years of experience in an industrial, QA, research, or commercial lab
· Knowledge of laboratory equipment and chemicals
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight stays
· Must relocate to or reside in the Saint Albans, WV area
