Lulu and Georgia is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Design Concierge to own the top of our sales funnel. This is a sales-first role that plays a critical part in converting high-intent leads into booked design consultations and product-driven transactions. The ideal candidate is a natural closer—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to drive urgency, and can speak confidently about high-ticket home products with style and authority.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients to work to qualify leads, pitch services, and convert interest into revenue. If you love closing deals, working with beautiful products, and being the spark that kicks off a high-end customer journey, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales from the First Touch
- Own and respond to inbound leads with speed, clarity, and enthusiasm
- Qualify prospects thoroughly, then move them seamlessly into design consultations and curated product sales
- Use past shopper data and internal tools to identify upsell opportunities and spark repeat business
- Follow up proactively with warm leads to keep momentum strong and conversions high
Build Revenue Through Smart Outreach
- Execute thoughtful, targeted outreach via Zendesk, Salesforce, and email to drive consult bookings and purchase intent
- Track all sales activity, conversion trends, and performance benchmarks directly in Salesforce
- Recommend tailored products that support both client needs and key business priorities
- Stay in the know on product launches, seasonal shifts, and promotions to pitch with precision
Deliver a Premium, Brand-Forward Experience
- Represent the Lulu and Georgia voice in every message—elevated, warm, and distinctly design-savvy
- Set the tone for an exceptional customer journey, starting from the very first interaction
- Support the sales process by creating visually compelling assets in Spoak, Canva, and GSuite that inspire confidence and drive conversion
Work Autonomously, Convert Consistently
- Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with a high level of ownership.
- Prioritize high-value leads with a sense of urgency and a bias for action
- Take full accountability for your follow-up cadence, lead pipeline, and performance metrics
- Contribute meaningfully to the team’s overall revenue and funnel success
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience—ideally in e-commerce, interior design services, or home furnishings
- A strong record of exceeding sales revenue targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Zendesk, and visual tools like Spoak or Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, persuasive, and client-first tone
