We are looking for a candidate who is creative, driven, and organized. The candidate should be able to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced environment.
We have a Sales position open that is the forefront of our business, showcasing and selling our services. This position provides a great place for our Sales Team members to establish a solid income, with a base hourly income paid weekly, plus a commission to be earned on all labor sales, which is reported and paid quarterly. The sales team member would also be given leads and training in our processes, although respective prior experience with sales or estimating, or having an established construction network, is preferred to facilitate the transition.

As we service the high-end market, with all their tile and stone needs, through any projects, from the interior floors/walls, to exterior decks/cladding, to countertops manufacturing, and many others. This Sales Team member would need to be resourceful. Cold meetings with Designers, Architects, and General Contractors may be necessary to expand our clientele. Meetings are to take place at the client's project, vendor slab yard, or our own sample showroom.
This candidate would also assist project management in reviewing job creativity and helping find solutions for improving our team, and overall, TEAM.
Qualifications:
* Construction savvy and accustomed to lingo
* Fluent with estimating software like Bluebeam, Excel, PO's, WO's
* Organized, responsible, strives for a challenge while leading a team positively.
* Effective communication and people skills - verbal and written
* Resourceful, meticulous, and can manage task priorities
* Social media savvy
* Professional appearance, Positive, and motivated attitude.
