**$1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of continued employment**
Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour (Wage Based on Experience)

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Fabricate stone countertops with precision using CNC machines and hand tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, AutoCAD plans, templates, and construction blueprints
- Cut, edge, and polish granite, marble, and quartz surfaces to exact specifications
- Safely move and handle stone slabs and fabricated products
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure design accuracy and craftsmanship
- Maintain tools and machinery to ensure functionality and safety
- Assist with installation planning using site plans and grading plans
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience in stone fabrication or a related construction field required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and blueprint reading
- Skilled in working with natural and engineered stone materials
- Ability to understand and apply construction and technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in a hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license with minimal recent infractions (for potential site visits)
- Fast-paced environment in both shop and warehouse settings
