Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist with a background in healthcare technology (preferably Medical Imaging) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing collateral and executing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our innovative medical imaging solutions. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive program strategies, strong customer outreach, and effective positioning of our solutions in the competitive healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Program Development and Execution: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs that support product launches, customer education, and market growth. Develop multi-channel programs, including digital, events, and webinars to reach targeted healthcare audiences.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and solution updates, collaborating with product management and sales to ensure alignment with business goals. Define program objectives, target audiences, and key messages to position our medical imaging solutions effectively.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated campaigns, utilizing email, webinars, social media, events, and content to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Oversee campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop materials that highlight the benefits of our medical imaging solutions, including case studies, white papers, product briefs, and webinars. Ensure content aligns with customer pain points and industry trends.
- Customer Advocacy Programs: Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, working with key clients to create testimonials, case studies, and joint speaking opportunities that showcase real-world successes and reinforce our brand credibility.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning. Use insights to inform program strategies and differentiate our solutions.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Provide regular reports to stakeholders and use data to continually improve program effectiveness.
- Event and Conference Coordination: Support industry events, conferences, and webinars, collaborating with the events team to create engaging experiences for potential clients and existing customers. Coordinate event presence, messaging, and materials to maximize brand exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and or/program management with at least 2-3 years in program or product marketing in healthcare, medical imaging, or related technology.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical imaging landscape, including workflows, regulatory considerations, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to program planning and optimization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
