Experienced New and Used Car Sales Managers—come grow your sales career with a leading automotive group! We're seeking Automotive Sales Managers to join our growing team. As an Automotive Sales Manager on our team, you will report directly to the General Manager and interact regularly with Dealer Principals.
Job Responsibilities
As an Automotive Sales Manager, your key areas of focus include overall Sales Team Management, Performance and Departmental Profitability across both New and Used categories, Customer Experience Management, Customer Satisfaction and Retention (CSI), Product Knowledge, and Leasing & Sales Programs. Additional responsibilities include:
- Building and leading a team from experience with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Effectively hiring, managing, and training sales and leasing professionals
- Managing high performing teams with a clearly demonstrated track record of success
- Working both independently and as a team with other sales, service, and management staff
- Demonstrating strong market knowledge and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data and dealership reporting process
- Providing superior customer service and demonstrating expert knowledge of the product
- Generating client referrals
Job Requirements
Successful candidates for the Automotive Sales Manager should have experience developing sales staff and have excellent team building abilities. To be successful in this role, you must have an ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask while juggling multiple responsibilities. Additional requirements of the Automotive Sales Manager role include:
- High school diploma or higher
- 2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience, preferred but not required
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
