We’re Hiring: Commission-Based Sales Representative for Chicago & Wisconsin.
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to promote and sell our full line of packaging products to restaurants, grocery stores, and wholesale distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets.
If you have experience in B2B sales and a passion for helping restaurants and businesses find the perfect customers for our to-go restaurant containers.
Your job is to bring new customers, and we will handle delivery and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business clients within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products to meet client needs.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely deliveries.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management.
- Attend client meetings as required.
Bring in new customers for our company.
Keep a simple report of your work each week.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (food packaging, restaurant supply, or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Existing contacts in the food service, hospitality, or grocery industries are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, email, and basic reporting software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay:
Compensation Package:
- 100% commission-based role.
- Competitive commission rates: 2.5%–12% depending on sales
Uncapped earning potential:
Top performers can earn $60,000–$90,000+ annually.
