Job Title: Sales Executive – Office Furniture
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive role is a dynamic results-driven position focused on new business development. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive and strategic approach to identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients to build a strong sales pipeline while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent sales skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for helping businesses create functional, ergonomic, and stylish workspaces.
Primary Responsibilities:
Self-Motivation & Accountability
· Self-Motivated individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment
· Self-Starter who can develop sales pipeline with minimal supervision, multitask in a quick-change environment, and remain calm during adversity.
· Self-Discipline, initiative, and accountability to work independently without constant supervision in generation of sales pipeline.
· Ownership of Sales Pipeline activities to build growth from the ground up through new business development, marketing strategies, cold calling and other means of prospecting.
· Build relationships with key decision makers in A&D Firms and commercial entities to build and foster future pipeline growth.
· Accountable to company, customer, and self in fast paced environment with a willingness to handle change and problems.
New Business Development & Sales Growth:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through networking, market research, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, including office managers, procurement teams, designers, and facility managers.
- Leverage digital tools and social media to generate leads and establish credibility within the market.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify and pursue new sales channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Engage with customers to understand their office furniture needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and pricing options to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design innovations to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Work closely with the design and operations team to create customized workspace solutions that align with client needs and budgets.
Performance & Team Collaboration:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company revenue growth.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies and improve client experience.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management to support team objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong emphasis on business development and lead generation.
- Experience in office furniture, interior design, or B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand floor plans and office layouts (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to lift and move light furniture pieces as needed.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong customer relations skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Availability for occasional off-hours work to support project timelines and minimize disruptions to business operations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
