Responsibilities:
- Must be coachable and willing to follow our systems
- Fulfill sales appointments booked for you by Peach Painting
- Assist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates.
- Schedule appointments with homeowners to assess and quote their painting projects.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, walking through the home with homeowners to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Utilize our software and quoting calculators to generate detailed and quotes on-site.
- Guide homeowners through the sales process, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rate.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution from estimation to completion.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales in ANY INDUSTRY.
