The Cabinet Warehouse is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to arranging pickup/delivery of the sold products while working with other members of the sales team to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers. The position will be Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with alternating Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Pay
$15.00 per hour + Commissions
Expected total compensation range of $65,000 - $150,000/year
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs to provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the showroom and answer their questions
- “Go the extra mile’ to drive sales
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service from the sales team.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Gmail)
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Customer service skills to listen to the needs and concerns of a customer and be able to convey the benefits of our products
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
