Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Responsible for approximately $300,000 annual sales
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Travel to customers and prospects in the IL, WI, IN and MI area
- Support Amstat team with daily needs including answering phones, helping customers outside of territory, coverage for office, packing and shipping and any other general office/coverage and customer service needs
- Proven work experience in sales
- Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and CRM’s helpful
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
