Summary
We are seeking a Sales Support Rep to join our team at MedCAD. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales team by managing administrative task and maintaining professionalism as the point of contact. The position is based in Dallas, TX.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, review, generate, and send case quotes while ensuring they are received and processed by appropriate parties.
- Receive, Review, and Process Purchase Orders in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Assist Sales Reps with Brochure, 510K, IFU and other product information requests.
- Update and Maintain customer master records.
- Maintain records for all Distributor and Surgeon consulting agreements.
- Hospital Contracting & Maintenance
- Be the point of contact for distribution partners and hospital administrative staff as it relates to hospital vendorship.
- Review and prepare routine proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
- Prepare and administer necessary correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely vendorship submission and follow-up.
- Distributor Onboarding & Maintenance
- Be the primary point of contact for distributors as it relates to onboarding, pricing and distributor and business associate agreements.
- Provide necessary onboarding documents and gather all necessary information.
- Manage contractual records, renewals, and obligations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BS/BA degree or equivalent administrative experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field such as Product Training, Business Administration,
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with database and Office related software and ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,935.00 - $55,675.00 per year
