Right now, we’re looking for someone with daytime availability- Monday through Friday would be ideal, but if we find a couple of amazing part time day shifters, we’re open to that too. Daytime hours run between 8am - 5pm, so please include your exact availability when you email us.

Here’s what you’ll own:
- Teaching front desk systems and phone scripts that make guests feel seen and cared for
- Leading and mentoring other hospitality hosts with grace and consistency
- Owning the WOW Welcome and LOVE Checkout processes
- Scheduling, supply ordering, and weekly salon readiness
- Contributing to monthly hospitality celebrations
- Answering phones, booking appointments, running the booking system/register, and prepping beautiful spaces
- Helping the salon hit its sales goals and celebrating when we do!

This is a 25–40 hour/week role with mostly day shifts and the occasional Saturday.
You won’t just be doing hospitality. You’ll be leading it.
We’ll teach you our lingo, our rituals, and our systems, but we’re looking for someone who wants to own the guest experience from the inside out.
