- Clean and maintain salon’s appearance
- Prepare clients for service
- Ensure clients are comfortable, offer beverages and something to read
- Answer phones, book appointments for clients and call clients to confirm appointments
- Perform transactions for client services
- Greet clients with a friendly smile and walk them to the proper station
- Sell appropriate retail to clients leaving the salon
- Student of cosmetology is a plus with an opportunity "behind the chair" when licensed
- Able to stand and bend for extended lengths of time
