Key Responsibilities
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinating and managing calendars (individual and group)
- ⁠ ⁠Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- ⁠ ⁠Ensuring timely notifications and reminders
- ⁠ ⁠Avoiding scheduling conflicts
- ⁠ ⁠Booking travel arrangements.
- ⁠ ⁠Organizing and maintaining schedules for multiple executives/teams
- ⁠ ⁠Handling scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes

- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
