Your Role as a Data Analyst:
- Student Data Management & Analysis – Collect, maintain, and analyze student data related to academics, behavior, attendance, IEP goals, and assessments to identify trends and learning gaps.
- Assessment Oversight & Systems Integration – Support administration and interpretation of assessments; ensure accurate data entry across systems and assist in streamlining progress monitoring tools.
- Real-Time Insights & Decision Support – Deliver periodic and on-demand performance reports to inform instructional strategies, behavioral planning, and school-wide decisions.
- Strategic Planning & Program Evaluation – Present data findings to leadership to inform school improvement efforts, compliance reviews, and evaluation of instructional programs.
- Goal Setting & Compliance Support – Help set annual performance goals aligned to student outcomes; support audits, site visits, and reporting requirements for compliance.
- Grant & Narrative Support – Contribute compelling data narratives and outcome tracking to strengthen grant applications and funder reporting.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key indicators like academic achievement, behavior incidents, and SEL metrics; generate charts, dashboards, and summary reports tailored for teachers, leaders, families, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Prior experience working in a K–12 educational setting; experience with special education populations is strongly preferred.
