Scrum Master
We’re looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our Agile development team and lead the coordination of software development efforts across the full lifecycle. This role is essential to maintaining momentum, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Experience in a .NET development environment is a strong plus, as it enables deeper understanding of the technical landscape and smoother team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Master duties include resolving team impediments and coaching team members to foster a self-organizing, high-performing Agile environment.
Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives, and team workshops
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity and help teams implement changes effectively
- Monitor team progress, remove impediments, and help the team meet established goals and deadlines
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while adapting processes to fit team and business needs
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, technical workflow diagrams, and process maps to ensure clarity and alignment across teams
- Collaborate closely with the development team and Product Owner to refine requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories that align with sprint goals and deliver business value
- Foster transparency and build stakeholder trust by providing clear, consistent communication and delivering regular updates on team progress, risks, and achievements
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role
- Experience working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage complex issues with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Experience coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered

- Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts
- Experience working in or alongside .NET development teams
- Experience creating process documentation, technical diagrams, or workflow maps
