Job Description
Are you ready to dive into the excitement of our busiest season? We’re gearing up to remodel our Houston retail store, and we’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic team members to help make it happen! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the buzz of a challenge, we want you on our team!
As part of our Retail team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the company—delivering unforgettable customer experiences in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that lets you shine through your people skills and operational know-how.
Providing great customer service isn’t just a goal—it’s the essence of who we are. Every visit to our store means unbeatable service and deep product knowledge, delivered with care and consistency.
A day on the job looks like this:
- Working a variety of shifts including, early mornings, mid day and or overnights
- Helping the team meet store goals while building customer loyalty
- Welcoming every customer and making them feel valued from the moment they walk in
- Staying informed about product features to make helpful recommendations
- Handling customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when needed
- Keeping the store clean and organized—including the sales floor, stockroom and common areas
- Ensuring shelves are stocked and inventory is accurately maintained
- Processing transactions quickly and accurately
- Supporting merchandising and store displays
- Participating in training programs and team meetings
- Helping onboard new team members by sharing knowledge and offering support
- Seeking feedback to grow in your role and beyond
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous retail experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in customer outreach and brand-building initiatives is preferred
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—especially during the busy back-to-school season
- Part-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Familiarity with cash register/POS systems is a plus
- Ability to occasionally climb ladders
- Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
