- High school diploma preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Accurate record keeping ability required.
The Security Guard position is responsible for the security of our residents, guests, vendors and staff of Vinson Hall.
Primary Functions & Responsibility include:
- Complete Daily Activity Log & Reports.
- Perform all operations of the front desk/Concierge. Greet visitors, obtain signatures for all necessary sign in/out logs from visitors sign-in and sign-out, and announces guests to residents; answers phones; and monitors security camera images.
- Inspect all exit doors are properly shutting/securing.
- Patrol all parking areas.
- Monitor fire and emergency panic alarm systems on a daily basis
