Job Summary:
The Sr. Special Operations Logistics Analyst supports USSOCOM's MTUAS and EOTAC regional operational plans by developing, refining, and maintaining metrics used to assess and prioritize current and future year logistics operations, conduct assessments, support studies, analysis and support the execution of logistics resources required for operational training events. Supports the NSW EOTACS program to include PUMA for Naval Special Warfare Command and NSW components.
Essential Job Functions:
·Assists in analysis and support for development of high-level guidance documents such as, but not limited to, the Defense Planning Guidance (DPG), Strategic Planning Guidance (SPG) and Capabilities Planning Guidance (CPG).
· Conduct, participate in, or support studies and analyses efforts to generate POM force structures that support the Defense Strategic Review (DSR), and the development of war games, and simulations that are critical to the execution of command activities.
· Develop, coordinate and maintain Planning Factors, Rules and Assumptions (PFR&A) ensuring SOF requirements have been identified and accurately portrayed with consistent approaches across the SOF components.
· Understands and translate strategic-level scenarios into SOF operational logistic elements, analyze requirements against varying force structures, plan and execute logistics elements of operations and training events.
Conducts operator maintenance, test flights, trouble shooting, pre and post checks of NSW EOTACS. Verify acceptance before issuing to NSW personnel by using SHARP system.
Other Job Functions:
·Translates strategic resourcing documents such as the Capabilities Programming Guidance (CPG), Strategic Planning Guidance (SPG) & Defense Planning Programming (DPG) Guidance into bona fide metrics that can be used to assess SOF operations and training events.
· Generates strategy-to-task relationships from strategic-level documents in order to correctly portray SOF operations and emerging logistics requirements.
· Analyzes various fiscally constrained resource documents against operational requirements sets in order to highlight the sufficiency of resources.
· Must be familiar in compliance with Navy, SOCOM, and WARCOM instructions and policies concerning storage and charging of EOTAC batteries.
Requirements
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:
· Must have a current/active TS Security Clearance
· 10 years of uniformed military, operational experience in Special Operations logistics.
· Must be qualified in EOTCAS systems in accordance with 3710 and 350-9. SHARP training.

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to learn and apply new information and/or skills. Must be able to interpret data, information, and documents.
· Occasionally will need to lift/and or move up to 45lbs.
· Moderate environment temperature and noise level.
· Occasional Travel may be required.
· NIPR/SIPR access for email, SHARP, JPAS and instructions. Vehicle for transporting EOTACS for supply related issues and test flights.
