- Monitor capacity, ensure safety, and redirect as needed
- Communicate daily with the owner and team to coordinate schedules, supplies, and space usage
- Track attendance and support membership-related check-ins
- Assist with special events, classes, or seasonal programming as needed
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring their well-being at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or working in daycare settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Strong skills in behavior management and toddler care.
- Previous babysitting experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate others and collaborate with families
You Are:

- Naturally tidy and detail-oriented (but not fussy)
- Comfortable communicating with both parents and young children
- Interested in early childhood development, sensory play, or education
- Comfortable with light physical activity (bending, lifting bins, sitting on the floor)
- Quickly takes initiative and works well in a team environment
Bonus If You Have:
- Background in early childhood education, speech pathology, occupational therapy, or parenting support
- Experience with Montessori, RIE, Reggio Emilia, or play-based learning approaches
