Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items.
- Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant and server position required
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is an asset.
