Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations by properly handling and storing food items.
• Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas regularly to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant and server position required
• Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures is an asset.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
