Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Provide assistance with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards.
- Sanitate work areas and dining spaces regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, providing help as needed to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
