Job Overview:
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers at our restaurant in Woodstock. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
Duties:
- Greet guests and seat them at their tables
- Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
