Job Details:
Position: Service Coordinator
Location: Hilton, NY
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails related to service requests.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls efficiently.
- Manage billing and accounts receivable for service-related transactions.
- Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers to manage requests and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Assist in general administrative duties to support the Service Department.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and scheduling software.
- Previous knowledge of pool operations is preferred but not required – paid training is provided.
Position Details:
- Type: Seasonal Position (Up to 40 hours per week, potential overtime dependent on business need)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with Saturdays required based on demand
