Service Coordinator
H2O Solutions, LLC is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing ultrapure water systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, electronics, and other commercial and industrial markets. We are growing rapidly and seeking a Service Coordinator to join our corporate facility located in Telford, PA.

This is a full-time, hourly position with complete benefits: Medical Coverage, Vacation, Holidays etc.
Starting pay is $30-32/hr with possibility to earn more based on extensive previous experience.
New personnel are hired on a 90 day probation period with drug testing, background checks, and valid driver’s license required.

1. Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and coordinating all field service operations. This role ensures efficient distribution of daily work, facilitates communication among departments and technicians, manages customer requirements, and guarantees compliance with transportation and safety standards. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring quality service delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Review and distribute daily workload across the service department.
- Check and manage the 'Undone Work Bin' to ensure all pending work orders are addressed.
- Check voicemails regularly and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
- Hand out daily work to technicians and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor and update iMonnit (software) throughout the day for customer alerts.
- Review all work orders for the next day to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all necessary consumables, special tanks, parts, and paperwork are ready.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize and sort work orders by service type, state, and scheduling status.
- Confirm SOAs, calibration sheets, and job-specific documentation are valid and attached.
- Schedule periodic services (~400 work orders/month) and integrate L/Os (~200–300/month).
- Schedule repairs after quotes and parts have been confirmed.
- Align technician schedules with skill sets and availability.
- Coordinate Regen department needs, including special requests.
- Ensure service intervals are synchronized for efficiency.
- Manage customer-specific protocols (e.g., KLA Corp check-in via Corrigo Pro App).
- Communicate technician start times and onsite requirements.
- Relay customer needs including access credentials (passports, birth certificates, contacts).
Administrative Support
- Answer and route calls when administrative staff are unavailable.
- Assist with compliance regarding DOT laws for commercial vehicle use.
- Schedule safety training in conjunction with management.
Logistics
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up/drop-off and technician transport as needed.
- Monitor technician workload to prevent burnout and ensure fairness.
- Deliver parts as needed in emergencies or time-sensitive cases.
3. Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination or dispatching.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety protocols is a plus.
- Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
4. Work Environment
